From the door to the barrier.
A tablet at the entrance checks visitors in: they register themselves, verify their phone, and ring the tenant — who opens the gate right from the call. And every open command rides an encrypted link to the relay hardware that drives your barrier.
Smart Access, Secure Premise
An unmanned door is either locked to everyone or open to anyone— unless something at the door can check people in properly.
VirtueCom is that something. Here's one visitor, door to barrier:
Check in, ring the tenant, walk through
The visitor does the typing. Self-Registration
Name, phone, NRIC or vehicle number, and the unit they're visiting — entered by the visitor at the kiosk, not copied down by a guard.
The number has to be real. OTP Verification
A one-time code goes to the visitor's own phone — any country code — and locks the number once verified. A per-site option, rate-limited and single-use.
Screened before anyone is disturbed. Blacklist Screening
A blacklisted visitor sees a clear denial on the spot — the attempt is logged, security is alerted with high priority, and the tenant is never bothered.
The kiosk rings their phone. Video Intercom
Video or voice, set per site. The tenant sees who's asking and taps Open right on the call screen — no answer, and the kiosk offers a retry, then returns to idle on its own.
An encrypted command drives the barrier. Encrypted Barrier Control
The open command rides Bluetooth to the VirtueRelay module — AES-128-GCM encrypted, replay-protected, answered with a confirmed "Opened" from the hardware itself. A captured packet is useless a second time.
Expected? Just show the QR
Tenants pre-register guests from their own app; the guest arrives with a pass already on their phone. At the kiosk it's one scan.
The front camera reads the pass from the guest's phone — nothing to install, nothing to type.
opens from a linkVisit window validated, pass pinned to its own site's entrance, blacklist re-checked at the door — a hit after pre-approval still denies.
unguessable tokenA valid pass fires the barrier straight away — drive-in or walk-in, with no one to wait for.
relay pulse · confirmedThe tenant's phone is pinged on arrival; oversight dashboards bell live. A double scan can't double-log.
idempotent check-inAny barrier becomes a smart barrier
A compact relay controller that wires into the barriers, gates, and doors you already have — and takes commands only from authenticated VirtueSecure apps.
- 1Commands that can't be forged AES-128-GCM
Every command arrives AES-128-GCM encrypted and authenticated — anything not minted by an authorised VirtueSecure app is simply discarded.
- 2Replays bounce off Replay Protection
Each command carries a one-time counter and a fresh hardware-generated nonce — a captured packet is useless a second time.
- 3Drop-in outputs Any Barrier
Independent relay outputs wire straight into your existing barrier, gate, and door controls — each output driving its own entrance.
- 4Confirmed actuation Hardware ACK
The module answers every command with an encrypted status, so the app can show "Opened" — confirmed by the hardware, not assumed.

Built to stand at the door
- Self-recovering on every path Kiosk Self-Recovery — idle timeouts return every screen to the welcome page; network and Bluetooth calls are time-bounded so nothing ever hangs. Success or failure, the visitor always sees a clear result.
- Two kiosk modes Kiosk Modes — one-button call to the gatehouse, or full visitor self-service — set per device, and switchable live from the gatehouse without touching the kiosk.
- Visitor slips in hand Thermal Slips — a Bluetooth thermal printer hands the visitor a branded slip on check-in; templates are managed per site and changes apply live.
- Provisioned in minutes Fast Setup — the kiosk registers itself on-device: site lookup, email verification, printer pairing. No engineering visit required.
Nothing here works alone.
Check-ins ring tenants' phones, land on gatehouse screens, and bell the dashboards — while the relay answers to every app on the platform.
Put a front desk at every entrance.
We'll demo the full check-in on a real kiosk — registration, tenant call, and the barrier.
